Even though Eva provides the Holiday oven that you can use to create some festive goodies for the NPCs during the holiday event.
Be sure to unlock the Tower in order to access it to treat your allies with the cookies. To unlock the Tower you must complete the Escape the Cosmodrome quest. If you’ve already unlocked it then you can reach out the Eva Levante to join the Dawning event right away.
