How to set nameplate distance in The Burning Crusade Classic

Often during any give and take conversation pertaining to a community. The people of the community suggest and give advice with the help of forums or suggestion Box. But do the community managers and the employees react to these suggestions? Yes, they do react and try to establish what the community has been asking for and strive to implement these things most of the time. In this manner one of the players of the Official Burning Crusade Classic enquired about the nameplates. What exactly about nameplates? Well if we will be able to get a nameplate for the Burning Crusade Classic.

To this query the manager of the community replied after checking out all the other responses of the players who have posted regarding the same in the community forum. What did he say is that:

“ The original code which was developed by the original competent development team, they wanted to create a checkbox that would mention the presence of a checkbox at a distance of between 20 to 41 yards. But it was delayed because of technical glitches.

But in the upcoming installment of the Burning Crusade Classic Beta, the users can set the nameplate by themselves without any development team with the nameplate distance of 0 to 41 yards just by setting the commands into the chatbox.

The command used should be : /script C_CVar.SetCVar(“nameplateMaxDistance”, 41)

Thank you for getting this into our forum!”
